I.C.C. Cricket Champions Trophy 2017 is scheduled to be a One Day International (ODI) cricket

tournament.

The Top eight teams in the I.C.C. ODI Championship rankings as on 2015 qualified for the

tournament.

The eight teams were divided into two groups of four.

The I.C.C. Champions Trophy is one of the most awaited tournaments in cricket. The current

format is that the teams

play a round robin tournament to enter the final knock out stages and then the winner is decided.

In this tournament the associate nations are not entertained and hence it becomes the shortest

I.C.C. tournament to be played.

The tournament is scheduled to be played from 1st June 2017 till 19th of June. The I.C.C. is still left to

announce a detailed fixture of the champion trophy.

Group A :

- Australia

- Bangladesh

- England

- New Zealand

Group B :

- India

- Pakistan

- Sri Lanka

- South Africa

There will be total 15 matches in 2017 Champions Trophy including 2 semifinal matches

and one final match.

I.C.C. Champions Trophy 2017 Final match will be played in The oval stadium, England.
