I have been in Real Estate since 2007, with close to 8 years of experience in this industry. I was awarded Top Achiever for 2008, 2009 and 2010. With a team of 35 agents under me, I was one of the Top Division Directors in HSR in 2010.

I take absolute pride in providing professional advice and integrity is central to everything I do. I constantly upgrade myself with the latest market news and have received positive feedback and compliments from most of my clients.

I mostly specialize in buying and selling of HDBs, especially in the area of contra transactions. I go the extra mile to help my clients by accompanying them during meetings with the CPF Board and bankers personally, if there is a need.

I am also one of the core team members in Trillion in selling overseas projects. Trillion has marketed over 30 projects in Bangkok, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.

I give valuable advice and assist my clients regarding their properties and guide them throughout the whole process. My regular landlord clients have no worries after I help lease their house out for them. I follow through with the tenants or co-broke agents, including following up with the tenants to make sure they make payments on time.
