In side this application user can register on the application with basic details like

weight, height, age etc. after user’s registration user asking the purpose for why

joining the application, like weight loss, maintaining the body shape etc. After selecting

the purpose, clients can show the regular exercise videos. Also showing the diet plan

those are prepare by mentor. If anyone facing the issues directly contact with mentor and

mentor will giving the solution for the problem. Inside the application we can also

involved the special tips for whose facing the regular problems like headache, stomach

ache etc. We can also involve the emergency contact number to user for emergency

situation.
