This app is designed to help people who are already mystery shoppers. It does have a list of companies that provide mystery shopping and links to their web sites but it does not provide any mystery shopping training.

If you are already a mystery shopper, the Mystery Shopping Aid will help you easily record and keep track of most things you need for your reports. You can record times with a single click of a button on your smart phone. It has pages devoted to collecting employee information, food counters, bathrooms, lobby, parking lot, signs and more.

Use the main menu to select the functions you need to record.

With the times window, you can easily record the times. When you press a button such as time in, Mystery Shopping Aid will record the time in the database. The button will turn green to confirm that you have recorded the time. The button will also lock until it is reset so you cannot record the time twice.

Use the employee window to record information about the employees that are required in your report.

The exterior screen allows you to record information about things like the parking lot, signs, windows, and trash cans.

The lobby screen allows you to record things like number of customers, number of employees, food counters, and floors.

The bathroom screen allows you to record things like was the trash cans empty , was the soap container full, and were the toilet paper and towels stocked.

There is a screen that allows you to make notes of anything that is not covered in the quick menu buttons.

The app has a search feature so you can simply type in a word and all the records that use that word will be displayed. To see all the records just leave the text box blank and hit the search button.

The export button exports all the records found in your search to a text file on your SD card in a Mystery Shopping folder. You can later view these files with the mystery shopping app or you can connect them to your computer with the USB connector and copy and paste some of the information in your report.

After you export a shop you can go to the completed shops window to view the shops that you have exported in the find items menu.

The menu button on your phone allows you to create a new shop or start over.
