Intercultural Preference Tool (IPT®)

The “Intercultural Preference Tool” (IPT®) serves to measure and analyze cultural preferences with respect to the business context. The theoretical framework behind the IPT® describes seven cultural dimensions, which are especially useful to compare cultures with each other. The participant’s individual profile can then be compared with any of over 50 profiles of different countries, all of which have been identified by means of empirical research. As feedback, every participant receives a comprehensive report that describes the interpretation of his or her results and also gives practical advice.
