Training and trial testing of a candidate for a vacant judge position

The regulation on the holding of a competition for the vacant position of a judge, approved by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated November 2, 2016 No. 141/zp-16, as amended by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated February 29, 2024 No. 72/zp-24, provides passing a test of general knowledge in the field of law and testing knowledge of the specialization of the relevant court.

With the help of the proposed study application, which contains a list of all test questions with answers, you have the opportunity to take the mock test an unlimited number of times, which makes preparation much easier and faster.

The application contains:

I. List of questions of anonymous testing of general knowledge in the field of law for the qualification exam within the framework of the qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (1000 questions);

II. List of anonymous testing questions on administrative specialization for the qualification exam within

qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (2876 questions);

III. List of questions of anonymous testing in economic specialization for the qualification exam within

qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (3000 questions);

IV. A list of anonymous testing questions on criminal specialization for the qualification exam within

qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (2805 questions);

V. List of anonymous testing questions on civil specialization for the qualification exam within

qualification assessment of candidates for the positions of judges of appeal courts (2872 questions).

Features and capabilities of the application:

- Random and proportional formation of a trial test (according to the principle of an official exam);

- Testing on the questions of any selected sections: in a row, randomly or by difficulty (determined by the statistics of passing tests by all users of the application);
