NHM Madhya Pradesh launching a Mobile App for the citizens of Madhya Pradesh seeking medical emergencies. The caller when calls 108 Sanjeevani, his/ her current location will be transmitted to the response centre along with their details like Name, Age, Gender and Chief Complaint.

These details are visible to the Response centre officer who will fetch for the nearest available ambulance to the location and assigns the case which decreases the Call Handling time and increases the call volume and providing the efficient medical service to the citizens.

For the first time in the state of MP, NHM incorporated Hospital selection for the caller where they can select the desired hospital he/ she wants to be taken during emergency situation.
