12-hour world clock

Version 2.0 adds a few major new functions:
- the option to be shown on the device lock screen
- (on the site) the option to change the clock style; for now there are 6 styles available, including 2 variations of Big Ben
- (on the site) the option to show the clock in clock view, a more elegant view that hides Web elements such as notes or links
- (on the site) improved maps and auxiliary support for the user to find problematic cities
- a few other minor improvements, mostly on the site too
