We all have busy schedules and devoting time to working out can be tough. This is why we have created this simple workout system.

Can you dedicate just 1 percent of your day?

Fit in 15 assembles the top 15 most effective bodyweight exercises and combines them into a truly effective 30 day fat blitzing, muscle toning, fitness building program.

The ultimate aim is to complete each workout of the 30 day challenge in 15 minutes which is possible (tough but possible). And this is the most important thing. Even if you don't finish the workout, aim to dedicate at least 15 minutes to it. 15 minutes is just 1% of your day.

The Foundations’ years of experience as personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches has shown us what works and what doesn’t. We are letting you in on these training techniques for the first time (for free!) here.

The beauty of these workouts is that they are quick, require absolutely no equipment and are scientifically proven to work. They progress in a simple yet effective manner, take into account adequate recovery and guide you through our different training principles.

We have done half of the work assembling these workouts, the other half is up to you. Are you ready for the challenge?
