Three hours of the best in Carolina Beach Boogie and Blues music always live with interaction via Facebook. We play the music from the early eras of Rythmn and Blues, the sounds of S.O.S. and Ocean Drive, SC as well as music from the dance clubs all over the south. Our listeners range in age from early 30 to 70 years PLUS!!! Many designate it as "feel good" music, and some have said Beach Music is an OPINION, which may be the best description ever offered. It is what you make it!!! Don Baker, the host and dj, has earned his "stripes" in the genre through playing in beach music bands across many decades including such well known groups as THE MONZAS (Hey I Know You), The Sensational Epics (I Been Hurt) as well as many other groups throughout the southeast. He was indoctrinated into the CBMA Beach Music Hall of Fame in November of 2010 at the annual ceremony held in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
