New:
As a user of the HRA, I want to see the 20 most recently used objects.
Improve the user input for the Quantity field.

Solved:
C068970 - Start time and end time not filled in HRA.
#2422 - No Plant numbers in search page
#1778 - KM line after Project line on time not saved.
On old backends the quantity field is editable.
#877 - Not possible to enter 00:00 (midnight) as end time of a hours line.
