The 512th Airlift Wing app - Communicating our Mission and Reservists

The 512th Airlift Wing app is designed to communicate to our Traditional Reservists, the local community in the DELMARVA area and anyone around the world who wants to follow what we do everyday to serve the state and nation. Located on Dover Air Force Base, Del., the 512th Airlift Wing, or "Liberty Wing" as it's referred to, has more than 1,700 reservists assigned to it.

The Liberty Wing is a reserve associate unit. The associate program meshes active-duty and reserve units. The 512th AW uses the active-duty host aircraft and equipment for training. Members of the 512th AW work side-by-side with members of the 436th AW, also known as the "Eagle Wing", in fufilling the mission, maintaining and flying the C-5M Super Galaxy and the C-17 Globemaster III. Working together, we form "Team Dover".
