The company designs and develops precise, robust tablet tooling to help overcome process challenges whilst reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Besides the standard tooling, ACG Tablet Tooling also offers multi-tip, designer, and customized punches and dies. It has been constantly working on the areas where improvements can be made for better productivity. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Shirwal, near Pune, India is known as Asia’s largest tablet tooling unit.

In order to cater to the end-to-end tablet tooling solutions of pharma industry, ACG Tablet Tooling has introduced Tool Management System which comprises of Quest R&D tool, Tool Design Mobile app, Tool Inspection system, Automatic storage and retrieval system, and Ultrasonic cleaning system.

ACG Tablet Tooling Mobile application is an innovative platform developed by ACG Tablet Tooling to reduce the downtime by enabling customers to connect directly with its design team. This application empowers customers to have a representative 3D view of the Tablet before submitting the drawing.
