Organized twice a year, the Agropur Strategic Sourcing Academy is a learning and development program designed to improve team’s talents, develop team’s knowledge & functional expertise while contributing positively to the performance of the business.

The Academy consists of one week of custom trainings filled with team building activities and networking opportunities. To foster collaboration and synergies, the Academy is opened to the Agropur Strategic Sourcing team and the wider organization.
