Quick reference guide for Acute Illness Management (AIM) Assessment Tool.

This app was developed as a collaborative effort between Greater Manchester Critical

Network,UK and Kauvery Hospital,India to disseminate a structured ABCDE approach

for recognising and responding to acutely ill patients.

With this app we aim to support excellence in clinical education as a means to providing

high quality care throughout all healthcare organisations.

Acute Illness Management (AIM) training is enormously successful and is delivered in

94 Hospitals in the UK and also hospitals in Canada,Africa and India.

The Critical Care Skills Institute (CCSI) was established in 2001 to provide competency

based training for multi-professional critical care staff and bridge the gap between

theory and practice utilising skilled practice based educators.In 2007 the CCSI

became part of the Greater Manchester Critical Care Network.

Kauvery group of hospitals are a chain of hospitals with over
