Made various changes:

Lists are fixed, and improved
Changed the menu layout somewhat
Added scroll bar to cards to move through them quickly
Cards with notes have the note button highlighted red
If cards are being shuffled, the number is highlighted red
Properties menu to change certain features

Added Gilded Age cards

Removed part of drawing background to improve performance. (Fills solid color now, can be disabled)
