Initial release of the "baby Bird 2" app. Upgraded/simplified GUI and rideshare logos.

New feature for rideshare/limo drivers. You can now enter a message like this example:
: Rideshare for #2#
: John
The #2# in the Message 1 field will be replaced by whatever is entered in Message 2 field. In this example, playback of Message 1 will display, "Rideshare for John". Allows the rideshare driver to quickly and easily change the client's name by just changing Message 2.
