Cake is one that is quite famous confectionary. Cake is a cake made of batter mix, consisting of flour, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, aroma, grease developed with or without the developer.

Cake Making Materials:

1) Main Ingredients

a) Wheat Flour

Wheat flour used for manufacturing Cake flour is between 8-10% protein content and must have a low water absorption. In Indonesia is known for its flour wheat flour triangular stamp that has a white color and has a soft texture.

c) Egg

d) Sugar

Liquid materials used in the manufacture of customized cake with a recipe that has been there. Materials used liquid such as milk, juice, juice of leaves suji or pandan leaves, coconut milk and water.
