Benefits on the go! Now you can quickly and easily track your benefits account balances and submit reimbursement requests any time using your Android device with version 2.3.3 or higher operating system.

Benesyst Mobile Functionality:

* View your FlexSystem account balances for your active and closing accounts.

* View your MyCash balance.

* Request reimbursements directly from your mobile device.

* Submit substantiation by capturing a picture of your receipts with your mobile device camera.

* Display Request for Reimbursement (RFR) amounts and status.

* Access plan-end dates, grace period, and run-out dates.

* Access mobile app assistance through our micro-browser enabled Help page.

* View MyCash balance and transaction history including deposits, transfers, and purchases.

* View balances for both active and closing plans.

* View plan information, plan eligibility dates, reimbursement and contribution totals, and annual election amounts.

* View previously submitted claim details such as service date, provider, and payment amount.

Benesyst Mobile Access:

* Both username and password are the same for the Benesyst Mobile App and the BeneCenter website.

* Check the "remember username" checkbox and the app will remember your username even if you logout, making it faster to log back in.

* Need help retrieving your Username or Password? Click the Forgot Username or Password link or call Benesyst Customer Care. [NOTE – I removed the customer care # because it’s different for migration vs. national accounts vs. std TASC]

Safe and Secure Access:

* Your personal information is protected through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption over the Internet.

* Remain logged in to Benesyst Mobile for convenient access, or log out and login repeatedly.

* Please be sure to secure your mobile device with a Passcode Lock to protect your information during login.
