Build 30:

- Add units-of-measure: Imperial (Yards)
- Option to suppress off-course spoken nags
- Fixed bug in which distance remaining was always spoken in metric measure
- Added sub-folder support to TCX and cached loading
- Updated the docs to better explain how to copy a TCX file to the device

Build 29:

- This build was needed to confirm to new requirements in Google Play that come into effect on Nov 1st.
