This Android application is an explanation of the biography of Sunan Gunung Djati, the organizer of religion in the Land of Sunda by Dr. H. Wawan Hernawan, M.Ag. In Pdf format.

This research discusses the prosopography (biography of the character) Sunan Gunung Djati as the enforcer of panatagama in the Land of Sunda.

The study began by searching archives/official printed documents, manuscripts, books, and other remains of objects stored at the Kasepuhan, Kanoman, Kacerbonan Palaces, community figures in Cirebon and surrounding areas, the Sribaduga State Museum, West Java, the UNPAD Central Library, the National Archives of the Republic Indonesia (ANRI), and the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (PNRI).

This research is very significant in establishing the role and influence of Sunan Gunung Djati in his work as a propagator of the Islamic religion (panatagama) in the Land of Sunda. The ideas and activities of Sunan Gunung Djati, whose records and teachings can still be found, are very important to serve as historical reference material for the people of West Java and Indonesia in understanding the development of Islam as a chain of religious and religious experiences in the archipelago.

The theory used in this research is social movement theory from Quintan Wiktorowicz with a multidisciplinary approach. The method used in this research is a historical research method which includes four stages, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography.

Through this research, it is hoped that it can explain: (1) The background of Sunan Gunung Djati's struggle; (2) The main points of Sunan Gunung Djati's struggle as a panatagama; and (3) The influence and legacy of Sunan Gunung Djati in the Land of Sunda.

Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
