Each of them can be assigned a number of attributes that describe its features and “links” with other objects can be defined. The list of attributes can be freely modified and extended by the user to faithfully and precisely describe the actual object.

The system consists of three levels:

• Values definition – stores all the possible attributes that can be used for describing objects

• Object and value templates - represents the object hierarchy as a tree-like structure

• Objects – collection of actual instances of objects created based on templates
