Added statistics for lab tests.
Modernized looks, fonts and other small fixes like crash in measure editing.
Added help for the values suggestions
Statistics can be hidden.
You can change the order of the statistics with this mechanism.
When you unhide a statistics it gets to the top
It is good to hide unneeded statistics just for performance reasons too..
Added recommend to a friend menu point in main menu
