Calchas: Intelligent Call Log

- Bug fixes (no more crashing when a private number call is received)
- We added a few more permissions required for Google Analytics

Calchas now collects anonymous usage statistics to help us understand how you use it. We collect:
* how often you use our app
* how long you spend in it
* whether we were successful in recommending a number for you to call
* whether you chose to view the full call record or contact list, if you didn't find
the number in Calchas.
