Carrier Label

Always know what carrier you're on in just a swipe.

Displays the carrier name as an ongoing notification when no data connection exists.

Aimed at JellyBean (Android 4.1+ Users).

Does *not* show the carrier's name in the status bar.

Features:

-Shows carrier label in the notification tray when mobile data unavailable

-Automatically hides notification when a data connection is present

Permission Usage: android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - used to listen for data connection changes.

android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - used for starting the app when the device starts
