Removed lots of old code that doesn't serve much purpose anymore.
Reworked and rationalised search back-end code, now soley uses RadioBrowser as it's data source.

Removed M3U and M38U parsing, as they can be handled directly by cast and local player now. Please let us know if you have any issues playing streams that used to work, particularly in Cast mode. Compatibility should be better than before, so please let us know if it's not.

Moved minimum supported version Android 7.
