Being a purpose built Box in Gladstone, the 300 square meters of warehouse space will be transformed into 100% training facility. Filled with all the Toys including our Pull Up Rig, OLY lifting platforms, Bars and bumpers, Kettbells and everything else you would use.

On top of all the equipment and experience that CF Gladstone has. We posses one other key aspect. This is not just for the already elite or advanced athlete. There is a lot more to it then most people realise. It is inevitably scalable and whilst most people love watching the elite athletes pushing themselves to bodies limits.
