The platform also offers communication tool between the parent and the bus operator & bus attendant thus reducing the need of hasty phone calls in times of stress, such as a bus breakdown.
CHAKRAVIEW uses a combination of mobile app for parents, mobile app for bus attendants and a mobile app for bus operators to enable this communication tool.
