Fixes for the following issues:
- Adding or removing attachments for an expense while offline is not synchronized automatically.
- Problems occur when editing expense attachments offline that were created in the Enterprise application.
- The “Save Report” button is not available when user swipes or removes the last expense from a draft expense report.
- The “Save and Copy” action does not work when creating expenses offline.
