This app will teach you how to train your body and mind through slow breathing so that you are totally relaxed when giving birth, yet completely aware at the same time. The focus of the program is to return to you as a woman your right to call upon your natural birthing instinct and enjoy a calm, serene and memorable experience.

Remember: this is a collaborative method and does not preclude medical intervention if necessary.

WHEN TO START LISTENING TO THE APP

It is recommended to start around 25 – 28 weeks to give yourself plenty of practice time. Here is what you will learn:

•How your body is designed to work in harmony with nature throughout labor.

•Relaxation and self-hypnosis to eliminate fear and tension that cause a long labor and pain.

•Special breathing techniques to produce a shorter, more comfortable labor.

This app will help you to achieve a very high state of focus during the birth of your child. It is not something that is done to you, but something you can do to help yourself to relax and let your body do the work it needs to do, while following the doctor’s instructions. If you practice the techniques, you can shorten the first stages of labor by several hours, eliminate fatigue during the birth and have a more rapid recovery after it.
