Leigh Faulkner Founder Coliseum Gym

With a background in professional rugby, Leigh has captained for Wales and the county under 18s numerous times, as well as playing for premier division sides Newport, Cardiff and English division one club, Worcester.

Leigh thrived from the strict discipline of fitness and so derived a passion for boxing, claiming that “training is part of me and fitness defines me”. Leigh developed an understanding that fitness is a pivotal part of any sport and to be the best, you must strive to be the fittest. He has received the highest levels of coaching over the past 20 years and trained with some of the top athletes of his day. Leigh believes that this gives him the passion and motivation to create a gym that’s geared towards explosive sports and has set the trend, with nothing of any comparison in the area.
