Convergence

La convergence est un jeu de logique pour un seul joueur.

Convergence is a single player puzzle game of logic. The objective of the game is to find targets on a game board with the least number of moves and using clues that can be derived from opened tiles.

How to Play

To play, the player has to guess the location of all the targets by tapping tiles on the game board. After a tile is tapped, the app will reveal if it is one of the targets or not. If it is not a target, the app will replace the tile with an icon that provides a clue to the direction of the target(s). Once all targets are found, the puzzle is deemed complete.

There are four basic directional icons -- horizontal [--], vertical [ | ], forward diagonal [ / ] and backward diagonal [ \ ]. These directional icons give a clue as to whether there is one or more targets along the same horizontal, vertical, forward diagonal or backward diagonal direction as the tapped tile. There is also a special "NO Targets" icon which looks like a Stop sign. This "NO Targets" icon gives a clue that there is no target in either horizontal, vertical or diagonal directions.

To make the game more interesting and challenging, aside from the 4 basic icons and the "NO Targets" icon, there are combination icons that combine the 4 basic icons. For instance and icon that looks like a plus sign [ + ] is a combination of both horizontal and vertical icons. This icon gives a clue that there is at least one target in both horizontal and vertical directions of the tapped tile. The other combination icons should be self-explanatory.
