To take Square card payments:
Install and sign-in to the Square Register app.
In settings this app choose "Use Square for Credit Cards".
When you want to process a card, there will now be an "Initiate Payment" button.
This will take you over to the Square Register app where the sale price will be automatically entered. Process the payment from there.
Once the payment completes you will be then sent back to this app.

Also added the ability to swipe between sale records.
