• Form entries email a pdf copy instantly upon submission

• Pdf copies of all forms submitted saved into folders for easy access when needed, such as at audit time

• Each form entry recorded into a spreadsheet immediately upon submission

• Forms can be signed for employee verification

• Ability to assign tasks or email specific individuals/departments depending on specific form entries

• Any files uploaded (such as photos of a hazard or incident) attached to the form automatically saved

• Linked to form entry spreadsheets which can be filtered for required information by employee name, incident type, etc.
