Major update !

- Levels 4,5,6 of the Act2. All with with treasure rooms
- 2 new items in the shop!
- level balance changed, including changing boss-fight timings
- Improved controls by numerous reviews
- Spanish cuirass now gives permanent hit instead of temporary one
- a bottle of Jamaica potion increases the period of invulnerability even more !

Fixes
- Fixed a serious bug when the character did not stick to the moving platform
- Several minor bugs improved too.
