Verdentum app to track activities of Commonwealth Youth Council programs

Verdentum is a social network and technology solution that helps organizations launch, coordinate, and measure progress on high impact development projects. Verdentum gives CYC volunteers, staff, and organizations the ability to work together and monitor progress in real time. This program is being used by the Commonwealth Youth Council to track projects around the world on the I AM ABLE campaign and to better connect groups around the world for the I AM ABLE campaign. The aim will be to better integrate all volunteers on the ‘I am ABLE’ campaign and have a global view of progress for teams/Individuals involved through this app.
