Ready for Season 3!

Added:
- Time format selection: automatic, 12-hour, 24-hour.
- Input minutes before the event instead of selecting from a list.
- A new way to open the map in full screen.
- Improved all textures in the app.

Fixed:
- In horizontal mode, it did not ask for language selection on the first launch.
- When the location name appears on the card, the time selection block for notifications was shifted to the side.
