HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…


A patient requests a medical consultation through the Dokita Patient app – the doctor opens the Dokita Doctor app and access his pending consultations, accepts consult, and completes medical consultation.


Consultations – As a licensed medical provider you have full control of your virtual office. You can elect to see patients wherever and whenever you want, at your time, whether they are your existing patients or a new patient requesting your medical consult. Just switch status on, and set your office hours and days of availability.

Consultations are made available only when a patient makes payment for consults. Payments are directly deposited into the doctor's wallet, and can be instantly transferred directly into their primary bank account.

*PHYSICIANS CAN ONLY PERFORM CONSULTATIONS IN THE STATE(S), PROVINCE(S) OR COUNTRY(S) IN WHICH THEY ARE MEDICALLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE.

As a provider you’ll have access to review your patient’s chief compliment and their medical history. You can also choose the consultation type you’ll like provide – via video, phone, chat, text/sms, or email. Our 3-way conference feature allows you, as a provider, to instantly refer specialist, if required – patient will be notified and must accept additional payment for referral services.



Prescriptions – The Dokita Doctor app provides a fully integrated e-prescribing solution, which allows our providers to send prescriptions directly to the patients’ pharmacy of choice.
