Dunes by Al Nahda is an intimate luxury boutique camp in Oman.

Located a 45-minute drive from Al Nahda Resort & Spa itself in Wadi Al Abiyad, Dunes by Al Nahda is the closest desert resort to downtown Muscat and to the United Arab Emirates, allowing guests to enjoy the desert at their doorstep or combine stays at both properties.

Dunes by Al Nahda will feature 30 ultra luxury accommodation tents each with, amongst others, full individual bathrooms, separate seating area and individually controlled air- conditioning.

An open-air restaurant will give guests the opportunity to dine under the stars and enjoy a full desert experience. From a romantic dinner for two to a family gathering to enjoying lunch or dinner after a day of dune bashing or kite flying over the undulating sand dunes.

Start your stay with some castle building, lead it up to a unique experience of Sand Spa treatments re-energizing your skin, invigorating your mind, body and senses and finish of the evening at leisure, flying a kite in the desert skies or sipping your favorite drink seeing the sun settle over the sand. If this may not be enough for an adrenaline rush, join us for a round of unique bunker golf or Frisbee golf or try hitting a target with a bow and arrow or be the dare devil with a Quad Bike or Dune bashing.

Keeping in mind larger events and needs for larger social groups Dunes by Al Nahda also has a formal banquet facility which is divisible in 2 parts and can take a maximum capacity of up to 250 people.

Our tents start from 39 square meters as the base Luxury tent to the Royal Tent at 138 square meters of luxury in the desert!
