19/11 - Season mode, handling changes, new menus..

This update is huge, hence the 4.0 status. We've added season mode, changed the default camera.. i really recommend you play in Dash Cam.. handling tweaks.. it will take a moment to adjust, but the handling in f600's is now a tonne of fun.. practice in Time trial.
