- added Sharing options for Ekadashi dates and stories. Also it is possible to share installation/support links in social networks, including Facebook
- added new cities: 'Nowy Targ PO', 'Bishkek KG'

- fixed issues with calculating Parana and some dates for "Use 'Current location'"/alternative algorithm. Now they correspond to Gcal 2011 (Gaurabda Calendar, developed by Gopalapriya das of ISKCON Bratislava)
