The Ezy-Time app provides quick and easy timesheet entry at any place and time. If data service is available timesheet entries are saved back to a cloud server. If data service is not available the timesheet entries are saved locally on the Android device and are uploaded to the cloud server when the app is next used with data service available.

The Ezy-Time app provides timesheet data entry and expenses entry. All configuration and administration of your company, clients, tasks, expense types etc. are all managed from the Ezy-Time website http://ezy-time.com.

*** Administrator and Staff Access

Administrator users have full rights to set up company details, customer details and task details. Administrators can generate invoices and reports. Staff users are restricted to time entry and expenses entry.

The Android app is free. The Timesheet cloud service has a monthly subscription of US$10/month for the company and administrator user. Extra staff US$3/month. 1 year subscription is US$100/year for the company and administrator user. Extra staff US$30/year.

*** Xero Accounting Integration

Ezy-Time uploads invoices to Xero accounting with a few button clicks. There is no extra charge for Xero integration.

*** MYOB Accounting Integratioin

Ezy-Time uploads invoices to MYOB AccountRight accounting software. There is no extra charge for MYOB integration.
