FeeBack links customers with their favorite coffee houses and restaurants nearby to control the quality of customer experience by encouraging customers to provide their feedback and answer a set of questions that reflects their visit experience and then receiving partial refund (discounts) as a result of their constructive feedback.

Users will be able to see what the nearby shops are offering in terms of refund percentage (discounts) on the map view or by switching to the list view. Users then can see the questions they need to answer before deciding on taking the challenge and visiting the shop. After 24 hours of visiting, uploading the bill receipt, answering the questions and submitting, users will get the refunded percentage (discount) to FeeBack wallet..
