This update improves the syncing functionality and addresses bugs:

- You can now pull down on people tags and lists screens to refresh
- Lists now fully sync instead of partially syncing
- Loading times for large lists are now displayed
- Added Street Type and Suffix to addresses
- Fixed a bug where people were appearing at the wrong household
- Surveys refresh each time you access them
- Walk names now display more neatly
