Fit Notifications (for Fitbit)

New Settings:
1. (Experimental) Transliterate non-Latin characters in notification text to Latin characters.
2. Split long notifications into multiple smaller messages so that the entire text can be displayed on your Fitbit device without cutting it short.
3. You can choose not to display app name in notification to save space.

+ The notification service now automatically filters out some uninformative messages based on the notification type.
+ Improved UI with a navigation drawer.
