The FOUR COURTESY BUS application allows your drivers to receive run plans on their mobile devices. The driver will have useful information about the run presented to them, e.g. the passenger manifest, a list of locations to attend, an approximate route and much more. The application allows the driver to track the status of passengers onboard. When arriving at a location the application detects that the vehicle has entered the location and presents the driver with options for the passenger, at this point the driver has the ability to pick a passenger up, drop a passenger off or state that a passenger is not at the location. The application also gives a driver the ability to board unexpected guests on alongside the booked passengers. All of this data then goes up into the cloud and is available to generate reports from and perform audits on the movements of passengers by your vehicles.
