v1.2.0: finally fully playable on Android, plus various minor fixes and improvements

- fixed touchpad inputs in menus, lifts, takeover mini-game and the console.
- tuned some sound effects, eg different collision sounds depending on who took damage
- various small improvements to the menu structure and usability
- allow time-speedup on empty levels in order to cut down time of searching around
- allow clicking-through all intermediate screens to eliminate waiting times
