Frosty Terrace by Dine & Dyne

Application mobile conçue pour le restaurant Dyne & Dine

It is a mobile application that is being used by Frosty Terrace in Bahira Town Phase 4. It is waiter less

service to avoid human interaction in this COVID world. It has six stakeholders: admin, manager, chef,

pre-order customer, table customer and guest user.

• ADMIN: The role of admin is to manage the accounts of chef, manager, and table customer.

• MANAGER: The role of manager is to manage Deals, Dishes, Report (daily, weekly, monthly) of the

products sold, Terms & Conditions, FAQs, Feedback, Order Details and Wallet of Pre-Order

customer. For every new dish or deal being added by the manager it will be notified to its registered

customer.

• CHEF: The role of chef is to receive the orders from the customer and view order details to check

what products have the customer ordered. The chef can cancel the order received from customer

within 5 minutes if the order is not appropriate. Moreover, chef can add the status of order that can

pending, cooking or ready.

• TABLE CUSTOMER: The account would be already logged-in by the restaurant and the customers

using the account cannot logout from it. The customer can view and order from the menu and

customize the food product according to their need. Moreover, can give feedback, manage profile,

place order, view, and order deals. However, for payment they need to go to the counter.

• PRE-ORDER CUSTOMER: The customer needs to create account themselves. Login to the application

and perform same function as table-customer except that customer can place order before reaching

the restaurant but needs to pay the bill from the wallet. It the amount in wallet is less than the bill

the order would not be place. However, wallet must have 2000 rupees minimum in the account.
