Added in weapon and defense research, added an additional slot for research to accommodate the increased number of options

Fixed some ui bugs in regards to ships having higher health/armor/weapon damage when in battle mode

Fixed a bug where missile weaponry weren't calculating the rank bonus properly

Fixed some bugs causing errors in battle mode/campaign mode

Improved campaign AI building fleets/buildings, and campaign AI research
