Added in control groups during fleet design. I only added 4, to avoid excessive clutter, let me know if this is too few.

Made Insurgeny's Sabotage and Deism's Warp Gate have manual targeting, made Scrouge's Adrenal Glands global.

Buffed Deism significantly, generates command points faster, and ships are generally a bit tougher and faster.

Fixed a multiplayer bug with replaying against the same opponent.

Improved pathfinding around hostile terrain effects.

Update of difficulty for campaign.
